Earlier this year, XE set out on a journey to improve your customer experience re-engineering our desktop and mobile online money transfer interfaces.
Our globally-distributed teams are on a quest to:
- Make it easier for clients to sign up for an account, submit identification documents as required by law, and book a transfer to a foreign country.
- Accelerate transfers between accounts, for high-value transactions as well as regular payments abroad.
Our customer experience design and development teams are hard at work on several projects to take "friction" out of the account registration and money transfer process. This is an ongoing journey, with some exciting milestones on the horizon.
You may have already seen some of the changes on our website and mobile apps, yet the best improvements are yet to come in the coming weeks and months.
